Organize and manage RuneScape events for your clan or community. Create bingo events, tile races, and track progress with your team members.

What it does

RS Event Manager runs clan bingos and tile races in your Discord server. You design the board and teams here; the bot creates the team roles and channels, collects submissions and keeps the board and leaderboard up to date.

How an event runs

1. An organizer creates the event here, from scratch or from a starter pack or template.
2. The bot sets up a role and private channels for each team, plus staff and announcement channels.
3. The organizer assigns members to teams and starts the event.
4. Players submit tile completions with /submit in Discord, and staff approve them.
5. The organizer ends the event and can back up and clean up its Discord channels.

How to start

Login with your Discord account. To organize, you need the Administrator permission in your server or its Event Manager role; the bot is invited from the setup wizard when you pick your server. The organizer guide walks through every step.
